The simple family calendar
Manage all your family's calendars — simply by text.
Bring every calendar into one place, then add an event, move a practice, or pull in the team schedule — just text Zoey and it's handled. Creating and managing your family's plans, without the busywork.
Free during early access · No inbox access, ever.
Works with the calendars you already use
Already use a Skylight or Cozi? Zoey writes to the same calendars they show — so it keeps them filled for you.
Zoey
Every season, your family's events scatter across half a dozen apps.
GameChanger, the team app, the school portal, three group texts. Someone has to chase it all down and type it into one calendar — and that someone always ends up overwhelmed. Zoey does the chasing.
How Zoey works
Two ways to keep the family calendar full — without the data entry.
Confirm what Zoey catches
Connect your calendars once. When a new event shows up — a game, a moved practice, a school day off — Zoey texts you. Reply Y and it's on the family calendar.
Create events by text
Need to add something yourself? Just text Zoey in plain English — it figures out who and when, and puts it on the right person's calendar.
Connect Google in a tap, plus sports & school feeds. Zoey never reads your email.
Manage your family's calendar in minutes, not hours.
Create events by text
Text Zoey in plain English — "dentist Tuesday at 3" — and it lands on the right person’s calendar. No app, no forms.
Add new events in one tap
When something new shows up on a calendar you watch, Zoey texts you. Reply once and it's added — no data entry.
The right person, automatically
Assign each kid's teams and school calendars once, and every event lands on the right person.
Works with your calendars
Connects with Google Calendar and Outlook, plus any iCal/ICS feed — sports, school, and more.
Privacy-first
Zoey never reads your inbox or messages. It only sees the calendars you choose to connect.
Questions
Is it free?
Yes — Zoey is free during early access while we're getting it into families' hands.
Does Zoey read my email?
Never. Zoey only sees the calendars you connect — not your inbox or your messages.
Which calendars work?
Google Calendar and Outlook connect directly (two-way), and you can subscribe to any iCal/ICS link — sports and school feeds like GameChanger, SportsEngine, and school sites, plus Apple/iCloud calendars via their share links.
How do the texts work?
When a new event shows up on a calendar you're watching, Zoey texts you a short summary. Reply Y to add it to your family calendar, or N to skip.
Can both parents use it?
Yes — a Zoey account is a household, so more than one parent can sign in to the same family.
